3-Ingredient Coconut Bars Recipe

  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup melted white chocolate (or dark chocolate)

Instructions

  • 1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut with sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  • 3. Press the mixture firmly into the pan to form an even layer.
  • 4. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  • 5. Remove from the pan and cut into bars.
  • 6. Drizzle or dip the bars in melted chocolate.
  • 7. Chill again until chocolate sets, then serve.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free condensed milk and chocolate for a vegan version.
  • Add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for 2 months.
