- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup melted white chocolate (or dark chocolate)
- 1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut with sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
- 3. Press the mixture firmly into the pan to form an even layer.
- 4. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
