Air Fryer Fried Pickles

A healthier twist on classic fried pickles, made crispier in an air fryer. Perfect for snacks or appetizers!

Ingredients

  • Dill pickles
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Cornmeal
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the dill pickles into spears or rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, cornmeal, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each pickle slice in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the coated pickles in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the tops of the pickles lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Best served hot and crispy; can be paired with ranch, spicy mayo, or ketchup.
