Air Fryer Ranch Mushrooms Recipe

Savory, juicy mushrooms coated in ranch seasoning and air-fried to golden perfection. An easy, quick side dish or appetizer packed with flavor.

  • 16 oz whole mushrooms, cleaned
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • 2. Pat mushrooms dry with a paper towel and place in a bowl.
  • 3. Drizzle with olive oil, then add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika.
  • 4. Toss until mushrooms are well coated.
  • 5. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • 6. Cook 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender and lightly crisp.
  • 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use baby bella or white button mushrooms for best texture.
  • Add grated Parmesan before air frying for cheesy ranch mushrooms.
  • Great served with steak, chicken, or as a low-carb snack.
