- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- 2. Pat mushrooms dry with a paper towel and place in a bowl.
- 3. Drizzle with olive oil, then add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika.
- 4. Toss until mushrooms are well coated.
- 5. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- 6. Cook 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender and lightly crisp.
- 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
