Air Fryer Yogurt Custard Toast

A delightful and healthy breakfast option featuring creamy yogurt, sweet honey, and fresh fruits on toasted brioche.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or 2 tablespoons maple syrup)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 strawberries (cut in half and thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices brioche bread
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and egg in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the blueberries and sliced strawberries gently.
  3. Place brioche slices on a cutting board and spoon yogurt mixture evenly over each slice.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Air fry the prepared brioche slices for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and the yogurt custard is set.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For variety, try different fruits or nut butters, and consider adding a dash of cinnamon or vanilla for added flavor.
