Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup candied or toasted pecans
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
