Autumn Punch: Perfect Fall Harvest Beverage Recipe

Refreshing fall punch featuring apple cider, cranberry juice, and warming spices. Perfect for autumn gatherings and holiday entertaining.

  • 6 cups fresh apple cider, chilled,
  • 2 cups pure cranberry juice, chilled,
  • 2 cups sparkling water or ginger ale, chilled,
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice,
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup,
  • 2 cinnamon sticks,
  • 4 whole cloves,
  • 2 star anise pods,
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated,
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds,
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries,
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced

Instructions

  • Combine apple cider, cranberry juice, and orange juice in large punch bowl. Whisk in maple syrup until dissolved.
  • Toast whole spices in dry pan for 2-3 minutes, then add to juice mixture with grated ginger. Let rest 30 minutes.
  • Strain out whole spices if desired for cleaner presentation.
  • Just before serving, slowly add chilled sparkling water or ginger ale. Stir gently once.
  • Float orange slices, apple slices, and cranberries on top for garnish.
  • Serve immediately with ladle and chilled glasses. Add cinnamon sticks as stirrers.
