Ingredients

  • 2 frozen ripe bananas
  • 1 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions

  • 1. Brew chamomile tea according to package instructions and let cool completely (or chill overnight).
  • 2. Add frozen bananas, cooled chamomile tea, almond milk, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and almond butter (if using) to a high-speed blender.
  • 3. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, using blender tamper if needed.
  • 4. Pour into glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with banana slices or cinnamon if desired.
