  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup banana pudding
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. Beat the cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and the vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in the sliced bananas gently.
  6. Pour the cream cheese and banana mixture into the cooled crust.
  7. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold in the banana pudding and milk until smooth.
  9. Spread the topping evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  10. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
