- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
- 1. Line 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- 3. Remove from heat. Stir in banana pudding mix quickly.
- 4. Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.
- 5. Press half of mixture into prepared pan.
- 6. Sprinkle with crushed vanilla wafers and banana slices.
- 7. Spread whipped topping over bananas. Top with remaining Rice Krispies mixture, pressing gently.
- 8. Chill 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use instant pudding mix for best flavor infusion.
- Add Nilla wafers on top before chilling.
- Perfect for potlucks and parties.
- Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
