  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it thoroughly.
  3. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Cream the butter, egg, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy in another bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients gradually with the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  6. Fold in the fresh raspberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
