Bow Tie Pasta Lasagna

A delightful twist on traditional lasagna using bow tie pasta, perfect for families and gatherings.

  • 1 pound bowtie pasta
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 24 ounces pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Boil a large pot of water.
  3. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions (6-8 minutes) until al dente.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef until browned (5-7 minutes).
  5. Drain any excess grease from the beef.
  6. Combine cooked pasta, ground beef, cream cheese, milk, and pasta sauce in a bowl.
  7. Mix in the cooked pasta until well coated.
  8. Prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray and pour in the pasta mixture.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving. For longer storage, freeze individual portions.
