- 4 small flour or corn tortillas
- 4 slices bacon (or breakfast sausage)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped avocado
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or salsa for serving
- 1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.

- 3. Heat butter in a skillet and scramble eggs until soft and fluffy.
