Bubble Up Biscuit Pizza Casserole

  • 1 (15oz) jar pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, Italian sausage)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Open the cans of biscuits and cut them into quarters or small bite-size pieces.
  3. Evenly place the dough onto the bottom of the prepared dish in a single layer.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough and sprinkle on the mozzarella and pizza toppings.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and cheese is golden brown.
  6. Allow the casserole to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
