- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars (reserve some for topping)
- 12 oz chocolate chips or almond bark
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1. Beat peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- 2. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until combined.
- 3. Stir in crushed Butterfinger bars (save some for garnish).
- 4. Chill mixture for 30 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls.
- 5. Chill balls for another 30 minutes.
- 6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave (30-second intervals).
- 7. Dip chilled balls in melted chocolate, place on parchment paper.
- 8. Top with reserved Butterfinger crumbs. Refrigerate until set.
