Crunchy and irresistible Butterfinger Balls made with creamy peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger candy bars, and dipped in smooth chocolate. Perfect no-bake treats for parties or sweet cravings.

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars (reserve some for topping)
  • 12 oz chocolate chips or almond bark
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • 1. Beat peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  • 2. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until combined.
  • 3. Stir in crushed Butterfinger bars (save some for garnish).
  • 4. Chill mixture for 30 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls.
  • 5. Chill balls for another 30 minutes.
  • 6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave (30-second intervals).
  • 7. Dip chilled balls in melted chocolate, place on parchment paper.
  • 8. Top with reserved Butterfinger crumbs. Refrigerate until set.
