Buttery S’Mores Hand Pies

These Buttery S’Mores Hand Pies combine flaky, golden pastry with a rich chocolate and marshmallow filling a campfire classic turned into an irresistible handheld dessert.

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 4 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional drizzle:
  • 2 oz melted chocolate
  • Crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Unroll the pie crusts and cut out circles using a 3–4 inch cutter.
  • 3. Place a few chocolate pieces, marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers in the center of each circle.
  • 4. Brush edges with a little water, then top with another circle and press edges with a fork to seal.
  • 5. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • 6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 7. Brush warm pies with melted butter.
  • 8. Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers before serving.

Notes

  • You can make these ahead and freeze before baking.
  • Use dark chocolate or white chocolate for flavor variations.
  • Perfect for parties, picnics, or cozy indoor s’mores nights!
