- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns, toasted

- 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
