1 teaspoon thyme,
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
1 teaspoon black pepper,
1 teaspoon salt,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
3 cloves garlic, minced,
1 cup heavy cream,
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese,
2 tablespoons butter,
1/2 cup chicken broth,
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Mix all cajun spices together. Pat steak tips dry and season with cajun blend. Let rest 15 minutes at room temperature. Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear seasoned steak tips 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
