Cannoli Bites

Delightful mini desserts capturing the flavors of traditional Italian cannoli in a manageable size, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 premade pie crust
  • 1/2 cup whole milk Ricotta Cheese (strained)
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips; plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Unroll the pie crust onto a lightly floured surface and cut out 12 rounds.
  3. Place the rounds into an ungreased mini muffin tin and press gently.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until light golden brown, then cool for 15 minutes.
  5. Combine the ricotta, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  6. Scoop the filling into the cooled pie cups using a zip-lock or pastry bag.
  7. Garnish with mini chocolate chips and a dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
