Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

A rich chocolatey brownie cheesecake topped with a creamy layer and a delightful caramel drizzle.

  • 2 cups brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing and lining with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the brownie mix and melted butter in a bowl until smooth, then pour into the prepared pan.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top and gently swirl it into the cheesecake.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the edges are set and the center is jiggly.
  9. Cool the cheesecake completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread over the cheesecake before serving.
  11. Garnish with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
