1 lb chicken breast, pounded thin,
3 cloves garlic, minced,
1 tsp dried oregano,
1 tsp paprika,
1/2 tsp black pepper,
1 tsp salt,
2 tbsp olive oil,
4 large flour tortillas,
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack),
2 tbsp butte
Instructions
Pat chicken dry, season with garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let sit 15 minutes at room temperature.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove chicken from pan and let rest 3 minutes. Slice into strips.
In same skillet, warm tortillas 30 seconds per side.
Place chicken strips down center of each tortilla, top with cheese. Fold bottom up, sides in, then roll tightly.
Cook wraps seam-side down in skillet 2-3 minutes until golden and cheese melts. Serve immediately.
