- 16 oz pizza dough store-bought
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp salt
- Marinara sauce for dipping
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 9-inch springform pan.
- 2. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt.
- 3. Cut dough into 1-inch pieces. Stretch each piece, stuff with mozzarella and cheddar. Roll into balls.
- 4. Dip balls in garlic butter, layer in pan. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- 5. Cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes. Remove foil, bake 15 minutes until golden.
