  • 16 oz pizza dough store-bought
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 9-inch springform pan.
  • 2. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt.
  • 3. Cut dough into 1-inch pieces. Stretch each piece, stuff with mozzarella and cheddar. Roll into balls.
  • 4. Dip balls in garlic butter, layer in pan. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  • 5. Cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes. Remove foil, bake 15 minutes until golden.
