Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

A classic breakfast dish featuring fluffy scrambled eggs with melted cheese, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium and melt the butter completely.
  3. Pour the beaten egg mixture into the skillet and let sit briefly to set the edges.
  4. Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, pushing from edges to the center until soft curds form.
  5. Add the shredded cheese when eggs are halfway cooked, and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve warm on a plate, optionally with toast or avocado slices.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or serve with salsa and avocado. Don’t overcook; eggs should be slightly underdone when removed from heat.
