2 boneless chicken breasts,
1 ripe avocado, sliced,
4 slices bread,
4 slices cheese,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
2 tablespoons butter,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon paprika,
1/2 teaspoon onion powder,
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper. Let rest 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let chicken rest 3-4 minutes, then slice.
