Chicken Avocado Wrap Recipe

A fresh and flavorful chicken avocado wrap made with tender seasoned chicken, creamy avocado, crisp lettuce, and a light sauce wrapped in a soft tortilla. Quick, healthy, and perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
  • 1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (optional)
  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo), lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Lay tortillas flat and spread sauce evenly over each.
  • 4. Add lettuce, chicken, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, and cheese if using.
  • 5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • 6. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add bacon or hot sauce for extra flavor.
  • Wrap tightly in foil for easy meal prep.
