Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

A delightful casserole combining chicken, creamy sauce, and buttery biscuits, perfect for a quick weeknight meal or family gatherings.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced, rotisserie works great)
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, beans)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 16 oz can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  3. Mix the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk in a bowl. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and seasonings.
  4. Fold in the quartered biscuit dough pieces until well coated.
  5. Assemble by pouring the mixture into the baking dish, sprinkling cheese on top.
  6. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
  7. Finish by brushing with melted butter and letting it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Great for using leftover chicken or adaptable with different veggies or cheeses.
