Chicken Caesar Wrap

A delicious and easy meal combining classic Caesar salad flavors with the convenience of a wrap, perfect for lunches or picnics.

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and shredding the cooked chicken.
  2. Mix the salad by combining the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, taking care to adjust according to the saltiness of the dressing.
  4. Assemble the wrap by placing a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface with a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling completely.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling, and slice the wraps in half if desired.

Notes

For optimal freshness, store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days. To avoid sogginess, store the filling and tortillas separately if making ahead.
