- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Add chicken and ham to the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- 4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top evenly with shredded Swiss cheese.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top.
- 6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- 7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
