- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (or breaded chicken cutlets, chopped)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil for garnish
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- 2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- 3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
- 5. Add a layer of noodles, followed by ricotta mixture, chicken, marinara sauce, and mozzarella.
- 6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan on top.
- 7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- 8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- 9. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and garnish with fresh basil.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
