- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for topping
- 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- 3. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
