Chocolate-Dipped Halloween Strawberries

Fun, spooky, and delicious Halloween treats made with fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate and decorated like ghosts, mummies, and pumpkins perfect for parties or festive snacking!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and dried
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup orange candy melts (or white chocolate + orange food coloring)
  • Mini chocolate chips or black decorating gel (for eyes)
  • Piping bags or zip-top bags (for decorating)

Instructions

  • 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Melt white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate separately in microwave-safe bowls, stirring until smooth.
  • 3. Dip some strawberries in white chocolate, others in semi-sweet, and a few in orange candy melts.
  • 4. Place dipped strawberries on the baking sheet and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until set.
  • 5. For ghost strawberries: use mini chocolate chips for eyes and mouth.
  • 6. For mummy strawberries: drizzle extra white chocolate lines and add eyes.
  • 7. For pumpkin strawberries: use orange coating and draw jack-o’-lantern faces with black gel.
  • 8. Refrigerate until serving.

Notes

  • Make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent chocolate from seizing.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Perfect for Halloween dessert boards or spooky party platters.
