Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • 3. Add puffed quinoa and sea salt to melted chocolate. Stir gently to coat evenly.
  • 4. Spoon small clusters onto prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • 5. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
  • 6. Store in airtight container at room temperature or refrigerator.
