Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters Recipe

Frozen chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters made with juicy strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and a rich chocolate shell. A simple, healthy-ish treat that’s perfect for snacking or dessert.

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Instructions

  • 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until well combined.
  • 3. Scoop tablespoon-sized clusters onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • 4. Freeze clusters for 1–2 hours until firm.
  • 5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • 6. Dip or drizzle frozen yogurt clusters with melted chocolate.
  • 7. Return clusters to the freezer for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set.
  • 8. Store frozen and enjoy straight from the freezer.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free yogurt and vegan chocolate for a fully vegan version.
  • White chocolate works great for variation.
  • Keep stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
