Christmas Salad

A festive salad with a colorful mix of fruits, creamy textures, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by rinsing the grapes and pineapple if they are fresh. If using canned pineapple, drain it.
  2. Mix the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the diced apples, sliced bananas, halved grapes, and chopped pineapple to the creamy mixture, mixing gently.
  4. Include the chopped walnuts and mini marshmallows for crunch and sweetness.
  5. Flavor it up by adding vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the salad in a bowl, garnishing with additional walnuts or fruit slices if desired.

Notes

This salad can be prepared a few hours in advance for flavors to blend. Best consumed within 3 days.
