- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- Optional filling: Nutella, jam, or buttercream
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- 3. Unfold the puff pastry sheet and brush lightly with melted butter.
- 4. Sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- 5. Cut the pastry into 4–6 strips, then roll each strip into a spiral (like a cinnamon roll).
- 6. Place each roll into a muffin cup, cut side up.
- 7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- 8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and dust with extra cinnamon sugar before serving.
Notes
- For an extra indulgent twist, fill with Nutella or jam before rolling.
- Best served warm but still delicious at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat slightly before serving.
