Instructions

  • 1. Lightly grease large microwave-safe mug (12-14 oz capacity) with cooking spray.
  • 2. In mug, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Add milk, oil, vanilla. Stir until smooth batter forms (no dry pockets).
  • 3. In small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter for swirl. Sprinkle ½ swirl mixture into batter, swirl gently with toothpick.
