  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter, for frying

Instructions

  • 1. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • 3. Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
  • 4. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
