Cinnamon Roll Fudge Recipe

Creamy Cinnamon Roll Fudge with swirls of cinnamon sugar throughout rich white chocolate fudge base. Perfect holiday treat that tastes just like cinnamon rolls but in easy fudge form.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon swirl:
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • 1. Line 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • 3. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for swirl.
  • 4. Pour half fudge mixture into prepared pan.
  • 5. Drop cinnamon swirl mixture by spoonfuls over fudge. Swirl gently with knife.
  • 6. Pour remaining fudge over top and swirl again lightly.
  • 7. Refrigerate 2-3 hours until firm. Cut into small squares.

  • Use good quality white chocolate for best texture.
  • Don’t over-swirl to maintain distinct cinnamon ribbons.
