Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter until blended.
  3. Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Pour wet ingredients into dry; mix until just combined.
  4. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Heat the Skillet: Warm a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the Pancakes: Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet, sprinkle cinnamon mixture on top.
  7. Flip the Pancakes: Once bubbles form (2-3 minutes), gently flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Make the Cream Cheese Glaze: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
