Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

- 2 ripe but firm bananas
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1. Peel and slice bananas into thin, even rounds about 1/8-inch thick.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
- 3. Brush banana slices with melted coconut oil on both sides.
- 4. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- 5. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
- 6. Air fry at 325°F (160°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- 7. Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool completely to crisp up further.
Notes
- Thinner slices make crispier chips use a mandoline for best results.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- You can swap coconut oil for olive oil or use maple sugar for a refined-sugar-free version.
