  • 1 ½ cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the melted butter with 1 ½ cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until set around the edges.
  7. Cool at room temperature, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch just before serving.
