  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Start by getting a medium mixing bowl. Add 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of coconut milk, and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt to the bowl.
  2. Add Coconut and Sweetener: Next, you’ll want to include the 1/4 cup of shredded coconut, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix Well: Use a spoon to stir all the ingredients together thoroughly. Make sure everything is well combined.
  4. Refrigerate: Divide the mixture into two separate jars or bowls. Cover them tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
