  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and softened.
