Soft, chewy Cranberry Bliss Bars inspired by the Starbucks favorite. A blondie-style base topped with sweet cream cheese frosting, dried cranberries, and a drizzle of white chocolate perfect for holidays or anytime cravings.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Frosting:
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  • 3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • 4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  • 5. Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • 6. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  • 7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
  • 8. Cool completely.
  • 9. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • 10. Spread frosting over cooled bars.
  • 11. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  • 12. Chill briefly, then slice into bars.

Notes

  • For clean slices, chill bars before cutting.
  • Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
