Cranberry Brie Bites

Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect holiday appetizer flaky puff pastry filled with creamy Brie cheese and tart cranberry sauce. Easy to make, elegant to serve, and gone in seconds!

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped (optional)
  • Honey, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  • 2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
  • 3. Press each square into the muffin tin cups.
  • 4. Place a small cube of Brie in the center of each pastry cup.
  • 5. Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of herbs if using.
  • 6. Brush pastry edges lightly with egg wash.
  • 7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  • 8. Let cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

  • You can prepare these ahead of time and bake just before serving.
  • Try using fig jam or apricot preserves instead of cranberry sauce for variation.
  • Use frozen puff pastry straight from the fridge for best results not too soft.
