Cranberry White Chocolate Tart Recipe

A creamy white chocolate tart topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce on a crisp cookie crust. Elegant, festive, and perfect for holiday desserts.

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • White Chocolate Filling:
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cranberry Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press firmly into a tart pan.
  • 3. Bake crust 8–10 minutes and let cool completely.
  • 4. Heat heavy cream just until steaming, then pour over chopped white chocolate; stir until melted and smooth.
  • 5. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then mix in white chocolate mixture until creamy.
  • 6. Spread filling evenly in cooled tart crust and refrigerate 2–3 hours.
  • 7. In a saucepan, simmer cranberries, sugar, orange juice, zest, and salt 8–10 minutes until thickened.
  • 8. Cool completely, then spoon over chilled tart.
  • 9. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Use shortbread cookies for the crust for extra richness.
  • Top with sugared cranberries for decoration.
  • Keeps refrigerated 3–4 days.
