Cream Cheese Salami Roll Ups Recipe

Cream Cheese Salami Roll Ups are effortless no-cook appetizers featuring thin salami slices wrapped around seasoned cream cheese filling, perfect for parties, game days, or quick snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1824 thin slices hard salami or Genoa salami
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh dill, chives, or banana peppers

Instructions

  • 1. In medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  • 2. Lay out individual salami slices on clean surface. Spread 1-2 tsp cream cheese mixture in thin layer over each slice, leaving 1/4-inch border at edges.
  • 3. Starting from one edge, roll up each salami slice tightly into a log. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • 4. Arrange on serving platter. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to firm up and let flavors meld.
  • 5. Slice rolls in half if desired. Serve chilled with crackers or as finger food.

Notes

  • Soften cream cheese to room temperature for easy spreading.
  • Hard salami holds shape best; Genoa works well too.
  • Make ahead – flavors improve after 24 hours.
  • Customize with chopped pickles, peppers, or herbs.[web:29][web:30]
