  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Cook the chopped vegetables until soft.
  4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Incorporate the softened cream cheese until melted.
  6. Add the shredded chicken and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  7. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  8. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes before serving warm.
