  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup red pesto (sun-dried tomato pesto)

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • 2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.

  • 5. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the creamy red pesto sauce over the top.
  • 6. Bake 20–25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
