Creamy Sausage Rigatoni with Spinach

Ingredients

  • Rigatoni pasta
  • Italian sausage
  • Fresh spinach
  • Garlic
  • Canned diced tomatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to the package instructions, about 10-12 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
