  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • 1. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  • 4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions until caramelized.
  • 5. Add mushrooms and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • 6. Sprinkle in flour and stir for 1 minute.
  • 7. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream to create the sauce.
  • 8. Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
